The goal of this project is to establish a program and outline for the on-the-job training course for exclusive personnel.It also provides updated regulations, technical knowledge and other information to exclusive personnel, in order to increase the knowledge and breadth of exclusive personnel.The main work and result of the project are completed: 1.To establish an On-the-job training course program and outline for environmental protection personnel. The team has completed the planning of the course plan hours, the first draft of the syllabus, and invites experts and scholars to discuss through 14 consultation sessions. 2.A review of the suitability of the four major categories of textbooks. And the core personnel competency questionnaires have been completed, and discuss the questionnaires through 8 consultation sessions attended by experts and scholars. 3.Continued environmental personnel technical information service exchange platform (collect from 2019.01 ~ 2019.11): (1) Latest environmental laws and policies. (2) The information about class of exclusive personnel. (3) Assist the environmental professionals training institute to reply the problem and consultation.(4) Completed 10 new articles of new environmental technology.
